Management: 1. Accomplishes the targeted job results by planning, monitoring designated staff 2. Appraising job results; conducting OJT; implementing and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. 3. Develops schedules; assigns and monitors work; gathers the required resources; implements the mandated productivity standards; resolving operations problems where applicable. 4. Controls expenses by gathering and submitting mandated information; scheduling expenditures; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions. 5. Identify areas of raising efficiency and effectiveness and to improve performance, policies, and programs. Technical: 1. Maintain and apply current policies, regulations, and industrial processes. 2. Conduct site safety inspection audits and airside performance audits. 3. Assess risks on site and make recommendations to responsible personnel to ensure all risks are managed or eliminated. 4. Investigation of occurrences (accidents/incidents/near miss), determine root causes, contributing factors and recommendations to prevent recurrence and follow up implementation of recommendations & their effectiveness. 5.
