- The candidate understands the overall RBD business direction and the products and services offered. Works with the team to help forecast and measure retail KPIs thru Management Information System. Help identify the strengths and weakness and proposes appropriate solutions, thus adding value to the organization as a whole.
-Works directly with the Manager on Strategy development for the MIS and Business Performance Unit to ensure, all activities are in line with the overall retail business plan.
- Plays a leading role to help plan the course of activities in achieving the goals set for MIS and Business Performance Unit in line with RBD Business plan.
- Discuss with Team members the approved business plan and coordinate on its implementation.
-Develop and produce daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for Segments, Product Development, Sales Channels and RBD Management.
-Strategic thinking to set/adjust rules for the Balanced Score card in a way that it boosts the bottom line, as well as keep the staff motivated.
-Study impact of Balanced Score Card on the bottom line ; and make recommendations.
-Performance measurement thru Balanced Score Card on monthly and quarterly basis.
-Periodic customer base analysis – Product centric, Customer centric, Volume centric.Prepare Pre and Post Campaign statistics
-Build a bridge with ITD, FPC, Service Quality, E-Channels, Card Unit, Operations and related business areas to facilitate smooth flow of activities.
-Supervise work responsibilities of team members, exercising the usual authority concerning staff, training, coordinating work-flow, reviewing work and monitoring performance against set targets.
-Undertake annual appraisal of team members
-Performs other related tasks as maybe required by management
