- The candidate understands retail products & services and bank’s database to be able to extract relevant data for the purpose of performance planning and measurement.
- Essential to have a good understanding of how the bank’s products and services are reflected in the bank’s systems / financial books.
- Develop and produce daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/Ad Hoc reports for Segments, Product Development, Sales Channels and RBD Management.
- Perceive the overall objective of Retail Banking and accordingly suggest continuous improvement in performance management methodologies in a way that it clearly reflects the KPI’s and keep the staff motivated.
- Performance measurement thru Balanced Score Card on monthly and quarterly basis for all sales channels.
- Periodic customer base analysis – Product centric, Customer centric, Volume centric.
- Prepare Pre and Post Campaign statistics.
- Facilitate Product Development team, by providing required data so they can recommend enhancements in what best exploits market opportunities, differentiates CBK's offerings and meets customer needs in the most effective manner.
- Performs other related tasks as maybe required by management.
