The Role
Facilitates and supports the Freight department by conducting full lifecycle activities to include requirements analysis and design, developing analysis and reporting capabilities, and continuously monitoring performance and quality control plans to identify improvements with the Freight system "Control"
Is a Super user who provides high quality support to the freight IT systems end users and translate the functional business requirements into technical requirements.

Responsibilities
•Execute the annual internal auditing for different Kuwait freight business units.
•Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
•Develop and implement data collection systems that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
•Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
•Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
•Is the point of contact for the Kuwait Freight Department as the freight IT systems super user responsible for deploying new IT solutions, new systems releases, testing new functionalities and go-live support.
•Main source of support & training for the Freight Department IT systems end users.
