• Generate sales through company generated and employee generated sources.
• Maintain accurate records of all company and employee generated sources.
• Follow up on all prospects by using established Gold’s Gym sales systems.
• Conduct gym tours using established Gold’s Gym sales systems.
• Conduct follow up calls with members.
• Conduct telephone inquiries using established Gold’s Gym sales systems.
• Must establish extensive knowledge of services and facility.
• Maintain planner using established sales systems.
• Must be up to date with pricing and promotion schedule.
• Maintain information on club history, background, philosophy, facilities, staff and policies.
• Have a thorough knowledge of, and adhere to, company policies and procedures as they pertain to gym operations.
• Assume responsibility for developing selling skills.
• Keep work area neat and organized.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Prospect via referrals, cold calls, outreach and community activities.
• Prepare for, attends and actively participates in sales meetings.
• Treat all sales staff and members with a friendly, positive attitude that promote a pleasant environment.
• Support other staff in achieving their goals.
• Participate in all scheduled meetings as directed by the General Manager.
• Successfully completes all training courses.
• Must be able to successfully perform key job requirements such as gym tours, telephone inquiry, guest card audit, lead box program, referral program and corporate outreach program.
• Ability to achieve monthly sales membership targets.
