• Receiving the raw material and feed it into the machine.
• Having full operating skills for the specified machine.
• Get the accurate and right parameters setting for the machine.
• Making all the basic alignments, set-up, and adjustments for all machine parts.
• Execute the changeover of the machine (If applicable).
• Execute all greasing and lubricating process for the machine.
• Minimizing the production waste.
• Fully comply with Health & Safety / Food Safety requirements.
• Keep the production Log / Report updated with all machine activities and counters.
• Report any violation related to production immediately to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
• Achieve the production targets.
• Participate in the maintenance activities (Preventive Maintenance, Annual Overhauls & Breakdowns).
• Investigate breakdowns and prepare relevant reports.
• Deliver technical and operation training to 2 other operators at least on the assigned machine in order to cover him during his absence.
