- Maintain and control all project related documentation for multiple projects utilizing various control methods and systems.
- Develop, implement and update document control procedures as per the documents’ management system.
- Ensure proper document control and support is maintained to each project throughout its lifecycle.
- Prepare, update and maintain document progress reports for Project Manager.
- Perform quality checks of documentation or correspondence to ensure all documentation provided is as per quality formatting requirements, in terms of correcting templates, fonts and style, pagination and numbering in order to achieve a proper documentation requirements.
- Create Document Control and correspondence folders for individual projects.
- Ensure all templates and document used for projects’ execution conform to the Company standards.
- Transmit documentation and official emails to project participants within the online document management system.
- Distribute all correspondence to the Project Manager and relevant team members together with origination and related correspondence.
- Perform document retrieval and search/ research of documents and correspondence from archive records.
- Communicate accurately and concisely relevant project information to project team and relevant parties.
- Ensure Company's operational needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
