Job Description:
• Welcoming and greeting each customer on receiving the call / customer in person.
• Following all reasonable instructions as requested by the management.
• Being constantly aware of customers and their needs.
• Maintain records of all service center activity as well as calls flow to assist in strategic business development.
• Support our Customer Service and Sales teams to make sure that our customers know they can count on us to meet their delivery needs.
• Process orders received from customers or Sales representatives timely and accurately.
• Communicate with customers and employees via phone, email, and web of upcoming Professional Services engagements.
