Duties:
1. Develop customizations for ECM system, develop software tools/scripts for user deployment and web parts as instructed by the Company.
2. Design, build and maintain all new requirements and software solutions as requested by the Company
3. Implement systems integration with the Company's IT systems and solutions
4. Participate in the evaluation process of the system and software which are involved in the work
5. maintain and debug existing applications; identify and analyze areas for enhancements including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problems
6. Perform testing of new applications, to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and the applications results are accurate and error free
7. Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems
8. Respond promptly and professionally to bug reports
9. Provide advise, training, technical support and customer service needs for various projects in line with provided guidelines
10. Liaise with Company personnel to troubleshoot and resolve system problems and reported faults and make system modifications where necessary
11. Liaise with the Senior Developer and the Company to ensure that development tasks are successfully completed on schedule
12. Maintain document code consistently throughout all the development process of all applications and maintain any changes or enhancements made to all the code
13. Participate in software and hardware upgrade and Disaster Recovery
14. Frequently update technical knowledge to enhance his skills, search, investigate, summarize and keep the team abreast of new technologies
15. Prepare and submit daily reports of work progress and status
16. Carry out other related duties which are instructed by the Company.
