1. Responsible for designing quality profeeional training materials including workbooks, training aids, audio and visual support materials, instructor guides and assessments to meet the expectations of the clients
2.Customize, review and develop existing internal and external training programs to meet specific client needs.
3. Prepare training materials and content to ensure effective delivery.
4. Provide high quality delivery of training sessions, programs and events.
5.Design, develop and administer appropriate assessment tools to determine the transfer of learning within a program or course.
6. Maintain appropriate records as directed.
7.Consult,Liaise and provide L&D advice to clients and ACK CT staff as required.
8. Promote ACK CT programs within the corporate community and refer potential leads to the Manager: Learning & Development.
9. Proactively seek to support other team members to ensure qualitytargets and deadlines are met.
