The Human Resources (HR) Director guides and manages the overall provision of HR division and support services, policies, and programs for the entire company.
He / She will handle 4 countries in GCC (Kuwait, KSA, Qatar, and Bahrain) but would embark to more territories as per business needs. He / She originates and leads HR practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce and talents for overall employee loyalty and longer lifecycle.
The Human Resources Director coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; reports to the CEO and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company managers and leaders about Human Capital issues.
