Job Summary:
Ensure smooth running of vehicle documentation process by invoicing PDI requests, vehicle registration delivery notes and credit deals collection.
Responsibilities:
Generate invoices and PDI requests for all cash and credit deals upon receiving the cash receipt or LPOs from the financial institution.
Send requests through E-synergy to the accessories department to fit any accessories to the vehicle requested by the customer.
Obtain third party insurance from the insurance company for every deal.
Attest a copy of the customer’s Civil ID by presenting the original Civil ID of the customer from the Ministry of Interior Traffic Representative.
Prepare the full set of invoices and documents required for registration in the Traffic Department obtaining the required stamps and signatures.
Receive a copy of the Registration Book and update the information in VMS.
Generate vehicle delivery note from VMS for the customer to receive the car from delivery center in coordination with PDI and Delivery Center.
Ensure signed forms are sent to Finance Department along with the credit invoice and LPO for collection.
Maintain a proper and secure filing and documentation of closed deals.
