Online Payments:
- Acts as the first point of contact for all payment options and managing the relationship with all outsourced payment service providers.
- Responsible for online payments function from an operational perspective.
- Performs and manages daily online payment reconciliations and balancing of accounts.
- Monitors online payment transactions.
- Analyzes the performance of all payment methods and partnerships seeking to continually optimize them for compliance, cost, and checkout conversion and user experience.
- Manages the refund process to ensure control, and optimizes customer experience.
Fraud & Risk:
- Manages disputes and charge back process and transactions.
- Investigates and analyzes suspicious activities and fraudulent patterns in order to prevent fraud and charge backs.
Cash Management:
- Prepares daily cash position report for all countries.
- Prepares daily cash outflow reports for all countries.
- Prepares monthly cash flow statement for all countries.
- Manages daily interaction with bank officers.
- Manages and controls cheques and receipt vouchers related process.
- Ensures monthly bank reconciliation is performed.
