BASIC FUNCTION AND SCOPE:
- To support the HR Director through the provision of HR services and expertise, that enables the business to increase profitability and effectiveness.
- To provide HR services to the business ensuring that all HR administration matters are dealt with (either directly or via liaison with the Transaction Team), monitoring accuracy and the timeliness of data and processes.
- First line advice to the business on appropriate methods to manage strategic and operations for HR
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Assisting in supervising and modifying a variety of programs and policies regarding employees such as Recruitment process, Interviewing and selection procedures, compensation and benefits, Employee Separation, Performance management, training and development in compliance with Company policies, contracts, laws, and agreements.
- Communicating with other departments, employees, applicants, administrators, and staff provide information and assistance regarding recruitment, transfers, employment, personnel records and legislation.
 
Compensation and Benefits:
- As a compensation and benefits specialist, have responsibility for developing, implementing and administering organization’s rewards and benefit policies. This includes salaries and bonuses, together with employee benefits such as indemnity, insurance, relocation and expatriate packages.
- Monitoring your organization’s salary structure and benefits, balancing cost control with the need to attract and retain staff
- Researching and analyzing competitor's salary rates and benefits.
- Evaluating different jobs to ensure that differences in pay are fair - and perceived to be
- Identifying and determining causes of personnel problems and making recommendations for improvement.
- Developing and implementing competitive new benefit packages, ensuring they're in line with legal requirements;
 
Recruitment and Selection:
- Providing with Strategic approach for recruitment and maintain timelines as per the manpower planning and provide the correct information to the Recruitment officer to provide the relevant CVs.
- Plan the interview and selection process for the candidates joining in particular job family.
 
Performance Management:
- Make sure the HR Officers have all the relevant information as per the performance cycle to be communicated.
- Prepare the Communication kit for performance management at each stage of performance cycle as per the modification.
- Provide the percentages to the payroll for processing of performance bonus.
 
Training and Development:
- Consulting with other managers to identify training needs
- Evaluating the success of both individual training and the overall program
- Provide the Training and Development officer with relevant information on trainings as per the calendar set.
- Plan the training calendar with the HR Director and management.
 
General:
- Maintaining confidentially concerning personnel actions, legal actions, termination and non-renewal documents, and organizational plans.
- Providing recommendations to the Director of Human Resources on training programs, trouble areas, and many other opportunities.
- Providing overall assistance and research support to HR and Finance teams on benefit policies, programs, and procedures.
- Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.
- Provide advice and counsel to managers and staff regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Be a lead Ambassador of Company's products at all times.
- Advising management on career development, work matters, industrial matters, and personal problems.
