- Responsible for preparing media and marketing plans and and the effective implementation of these plans, monitor and measure the cost and effectiveness of all marketing initiatives.
- Works with advertising agencies to create a variety of publicity methods.
- coordinating all types of marketing communications, media bookings, planning and organizing exhibitions, preparing newsletters, co-coordinating with AD agencies in preparing the art works.
- Managing vendors for timely delivery of all marketing materials.
- Coordinating with sales office for any other marketing materials requirements.
- Plans, directs, and coordinates activities to advertise and promote the organization's
services.
- Write and publish Press releases regarding the clinic's new services and events as well as writing and publishing the Organizational Publication,
- Determines the most appropriate medium to advertise services at the best cost.
- Communicate with promoting organizations and continually seek new methods of promoting the Clinic Responsible for the production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional materials .
