Monitors and controls all the activities to guarantee processing all volumes of oil and gas received from the production field through Gas-Liquid Separation, Treatment, dehydration, gas compression and pumping of oil and gas products to the gathering facilities.
Carry out operating process as starting up equipment manually, open and close valves, routing equipment maintenance, and monitors operation conditions of oil - gas separation process activities to guarantee the normal operation.
• Execute all activities of gas-liquid-solids separation, dewatering and pumping and ensure compliance with quality specifications required by the client.
• Operating process equipment such as valves, pumps, controls, etc for start-up, shutdown and troubleshooting functions.
• Operating process systems using computerized and electronic control panels such as Distributed Control System (DCS).
• Sampling and analyzing products (oil and water)
• Monitoring maintenance and repair activities on production equipment
• Record production statistical data and maintaining all relevant logs.
