Duties-
• Implementing the annual sales plan of the branches by studying the market requirements and following up with the customers request in order to provide them.
• Determine the strategic objective of sales by setting a set of expectations on the volume of sales to be achieved, compared to the amount of revenue that includes revenue collected, and also depend on the study and analysis of previous sales of the company.
• Ensure to maintain the selling price based on a constant balance between demand and supply.
• Identify and adjust prices for products, by following up with the competition from other companies that offer similar type of products offered by our company in commercial market..
• Follow-up with the sales staff, and ensure that they work in accordance to the plans and special tasks, to ensure continuity in the success of the work.
• Provide advice to employees, traders and customers who deal with the company, either directly or in the event when they are asked for any sales advice, such as clarifying the nature of new product to be announced soon.
• Maintaining the effort in the sales department by supporting the employees in order to achieve the specific goals.
• Hold courses and training workshops for sales staff, especially new joinees, so that they can understand the nature of the departments work and help them to develop their skills and experience in the sales business.
