Control and maintain the parts procurement to achieve objectives for sales, inventory and profitability. To maximize return on investment whilst retaining customer satisfaction
Key responsibilities:
- Assist day to day operations of the parts procurement dept for overseas /Local parts procurement.Have experience in automotive spare parts and accessories.
- Experienced in parts order forecasting and order planning
- Supply chain management.
- Inventory planning and monitoring.
- Monitor consumption and demand of parts sales and recommend parts orders based on historic sales and market needs.
- Order input - processing - and order status tracking.
- New model parts identification and product information inputs and data encoding.
- Order follow up / parts claims processing, back order and lead time analysis.
- Provide product support information to branches.
- VOR / PNI processing and record maintenance stock reconciliation
- Maintain all records, invoices, and vouchers, claims in organized filing system.
- Comply and maintain the procedures associated with ISO 9000 / N-CAM / DOS
