Purpose
To assist in Parts warehousing activities from receipt of parts to supply of parts to the various types of customers.
- Carrying out perpetual/annual stock verification of parts as per instructions received
- Receiving parts from CPD/Branches, checking them against the receiving report and then binning them in their respective locations
- Monitoring damaged, excess/short parts and advising supervisor of such if required
- Receiving picking lists, going to the respective locations, picking parts and bringing to the counter for delivery to customer
- Assisting sales staff in counting/delivering parts to customers
- Packing goods as and when required
- Informing sales staff in case of 'nil' stock of parts for ordering to CPD
- Receiving delivery orders, picking goods and keeping ready for Branch/CPD transfer
- Carrying out housekeeping activities of the warehouse as and when require
