About the Company:
Quest Search and Selection is working with a well-known Beauty & Womenswear Retailer who is currently looking to hire an experienced and talented Store Manager to lead a dynamic team based in Kuwait. Your key role is to enhance customer satisfaction, achieve and exceed sales.
Job Description
The responsibilities of the Store Manager within this retail business in Kuwait will include:
- Managing the entire store and exceeding sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff;- Conducting sales analysis, follow up on market trends and monitor the competitor's strategies and activities;- Setting visual merchandising expectations to brand standards;- Proposing ways to improve the retail business, instore merchandising, marketing, etc.- Maintaining an outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards;- Identifying customer potential needs and use initiatives to meet those needs;- Maintaining a strong understanding of product sales performance and optimize sales of the available inventory- Workforce management, including talent productivity decisions, writing the weekly schedule and ensuring state specific compliance
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate (Store Manager)
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience as a Store Manager preferably from Beauty & Womenswear Retail Brands;- Strong leadership and management experience required;- Ability to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty;- Ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills;- Excellent client service and communication skills;- Schedule flexibility to include evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours
