-Provide general management of all branches of Escape Land in Kuwait and the region by reflecting the owners’ vision and objectives
-Provide consultation and advice in general to the owners
-In charge of all sales and marketing activities with a clear focus on corporates, schools and universities (Objective is to have minimum 25% of the revenue from this segment)
-Evaluate existing employees based on a pre-agreed criterion and recruit new ones as needed
-Maintain the highest level of job satisfaction for all employees
-Train the employees and provide continuous guidance and instructions
-Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty to guarantee returning customers
-Assist in briefing customers about the chosen theme that they want to play
-Interact with customers continuously and give personal attention to them
-Ensure proper documentations of all daily operations
-Manage daily petty cash opening and closing and transfer cash to bank
-Coordinate with the accountant closely to maintain healthy records
-Provide weekly reports about the performance, operations, challenges and recommendations to the owners
-Random daily checks on the rooms to make sure that they are clean and no props, puzzles or materials are broken
-Control the booking system and ensure that the reservations are done smoothly for customers whether on phone, online or walk-in
-Ensure that the team is following up with customers who have already booked to confirm that they are coming on time or they want to cancel and re-schedule
-Ensure that the website is updated in due time according to the events and marketing campaigns
-Ensure that the hinting system is utilized efficiently by the game masters and at the right time during the game experience
-Ensure that all equipments and devices in the rooms are working properly
-Coordinate with third parties to bundle special packages for corporates and organize events and birthdays
-Coordinate to get the spare parts to repair any damaged materials
-Solve any problems that could occur with any customer
-Deal with problems professionally with patience, wisdom and confidence
-Ensure that customers understand the rules and policies very well before they try a game
-Any other task or activity that is not mentioned above but could be requested by the owners to improve or to enhance the performance or operations and to develop the business regionally
