• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations.
• Books transactions and entries (JVs and all entries vouchers) in accordance with stated policies in order to ensure an accurate documentation of financial data.
• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
• Prepare bank transfers, Cash Payments and LG Applications into the accounting system to secure compliance with internal procedures as well as external regulations in order for the company to fulfill compliance requirements
• Carries out data and account reconciliations to validate the information and data at hand, and delivers reports on the daily cash movements for proper decision making and corrective action.
• Books accounting entries for all suppliers' and consultants' Invoices after approval
• Receives and processes all suppliers' and consultants' invoices for approval while ensuring that invoices comply with the company procurement and payable policy.
• Perform monthly inventory stock count.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Ensures that transactions and reports are processed according to internal procedures as well as external regulations (International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS in order for the company to fulfill compliance requirements and make sure records are accurately verified for needed analysis.
• Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
• Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
• Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Prepare budget and financial forecasts
• Prepare monthly reports :
o Statement of balance sheet
o Statement of profit and loss
o Statement cash flow projections
o Aging report
o G&A breakdown compared to previous year and compared to budget.
o Selling expenses breakdown compared to previous year and compared to budget.
o Cost of sales breakdown compared to previous year and compared to budget.
o Monthly bank reconciliation
o Monthly inventory stock count.
