Lead HR department of 6 individuals, including himself, in a leading food company as well as a number of sister companies. The person must be fluent in English, organized and has a strong ability to discipline employees. The candidate must be knowledgable of Kuwait's labor laws, including the calculation of leave and indemnity, and capable of conducting employee interrogation in accordance to the law. Further, the candidate must have a good judge of character to be able to lead the recruitment and interview process in the company. The individual must be attentive to e-mail and calls after shift end and have the ability to replace and add drivers. The person must also be capable and knowledgable of all government work relating to licensing and employees in the concerned ministries.
