Position Overview
Execute merchandising activities for assigned categories to ensure effective visibility of promotions & product selections to maximise conversions and revenues.
Essential Job Roles:
• Coordinate with buyers on upcoming promotions, online exclusive deals and aligning visibility, product positions, categorisations in line with the same
• Intelligently manage product categorisations, product listing positions and product labels to drive maximum e-commerce conversions
• Ensure effective utilisation of hot spaces such as Banners, Home page blocks, Newsletter positions, Product Widgets, and top Merchandising sequences to reflect the best converting products and promotions.
• Creating and managing rules for related products, up sells, and cross sells to be able to intuitively improve customer experience while increasing basket sizes and attachment ratios
• Searchandising - managing search terms, synonyms, elevations and so on
• Preparing daily and weekly reports to identify areas of improvement and action.
• Track competition moves, promotions, product highlights and plan proactively on promotion and visibility
