Attractions & Guest Experience Attendant is responsible for greeting Guests, loading and unloading attractions/theaters, operating attraction systems, delivering saftey narrations of varying lengths and providing audience control. Position reports to the Museum Manager.
• Greet guests when they arrive at the attraction
• Provide guests with information on admission prices and locations for admission ticketing
• Check admission tickets of guests entering attraction
• Cycle guests through the attraction
• Provide guests with information on attraction operations and what to do in case of emergencies
• If required, Buckle in guests properly and securely
• Assist guests in embarking and disembarking from the attraction
• Operate attraction for designated period of time
• Educate guests about the policies and protocols that they need to follow during their stay at the amusement park
• Conducting height checks of guests who may (or may not) meet the particular attraction's minimum height requirement, and subsequent disallowance to those not meeting the requirement
• Regulate guests’ actions in case of adversity and coordinate efforts of the security personnel
• Report repair and maintenance activities at the attraction
• Inspect attraction and surrounding areas several times a day to ensure safety
• Clean and maintain attraction and areas surround them on a daily basis
• Inform management of any fault in attraction that may be keeping them from working at optimum level
• Perform First Aid and CPR in case of emergencies
