RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and welcome company clients.
- Responds to caller general information requests and/or inquiries.
- Responsible for incoming calls.
- Direct client calls and welcoming guests to appropriate department.
- Liaise with operation department to ensure proper client services (instructors / trainees / facilities)
- Provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests and will support other departments including Sales and Operation as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by Operation Manager.

- Knowledge of modern office equipment and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal/human relations skills
- Organizational/planning skills
- Ability to type and operate word processing programs
- Ability to prioritize duties, delegate responsibilities, and evaluate the work of others
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
