- Allocating tasks to general public sales team
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and new prospective clients.
- Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Communicating with the existing departments to increase or maintain levels of the business activity.
- To provide support to the sales team in presenting and promoting company training services to new and existing clients.
- To inspect and review client applications and contracts in order to maintain quality assurance control on application before closing sales.
- Reporting all daily calls and meetings to the sales manager.
- Coordinating with the operation department before scheduling courses for client.
- Attend company training sessions to gain competitive knowledge and skills in company training services.
