• The Incumbent will provide the leadership and vision for the performance: operational and strategic (Managing, Overviewing, budgeting and reporting methodology) of the Business Development & Client Relations Department, Project development Department & Facilities Management Compliance Department.
• S/he will be responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives and assist, as required, in raising additional capital at appropriate valuations to enable the Company to meet sales, growth, and market share objectives.
• Will represent the firm before clients, investors, and business partners and will be accountable for the upkeep of the building, its safety and security.
• S/he will report to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and board of directors of the company.
