A fast growing travel and booking e-commerce company is looking for a Call Center Supervisor to join their growing team!
JOB DESCRIPTION
* To Train to receive all inquiries and complaints from customers and to speed the response,
* To set the policies of his own department
* The responsibility of dealing with the user/buyer, or the complainant in an appropriate manner to the nature of the query or complaint and appropriate to company image-atmosphere,
Implementing customer service policies and instructions approved by the company manager
* Writing a daily report to show what has been done
* All of the above must be in accordance with the customer service instructions approved by the company manager
* Customer Service Manager is responsible for maintaining all records of quality models of customer service instructions and all its work is subject to internal audit
* Be responsible for both teams, from customer care (inquiry - complains or changes in reservations) to the telesales department to make new reservations.
* Reviewing and verifying data from telephones, online chats, visits and emails complaints.
* The Call center manager must form his own team, follow up on what is going on and correct or improve the service accordingly
* The Customer Service supervisor must have passed the training courses as quality control concepts
