Assist the Manager- Marketing and Public Relations in establishing the Brand liaising with the media agency on various marketing and public relations activities including Brand Management, Marketing Communication, Marketing Campaigns and Market research.
MARKETING:
Brand Management
• Assist the team in developing the brand proposition and brand guidelines.
• Assist the team in preparing the annual marketing plan.
• Providing inputs on ways and means of developing the Brand for office space and Luxury retail.
Marketing Communication
• Assist in developing a communications framework/policy to formalize the method of interacting with the Public and Stakeholder.
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
Marketing Campaigns
• Within a complex matrix business environment, utilize exceptional project management skills to consistently deliver projects on-time and within budget.
• Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company's external agency to see them executed.
Marketing Research
• Stay abreast of industry leading communication practices
• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success
Public Relations
Events/CSR
• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success
• Developing and implementing an internal marketing programs
• Consistently cascade messaging across targeted internal and external audiences.
• Track and analyze communication program results; implement improvements based on analysis
Media: Print Conference and Social Media
• Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
• Design and drive marketing communications campaigns to meet established marketing objectives
