1. Attend all operational meetings for exhibitions, events and installations.
2. Supervise the exhibitions & events installation, dismantling and monitor the progress in between.
3. Ensure investors comply with the design criteria submitted upon installation.
4. Ensure investors comply with company policies and guidelines upon installation and dismantling.
5. Monitor the maintenance and upkeep of the kiosks/stands.
6. Ensure investors, staff and contractors are abiding by the policies and procedures of all centers at all times.
7. Perform daily scheduled walk of the center to maintain professionalism and compliance of rules and regulations.
8. Meet with short term and long term investors on regular basis to gather necessary feedback.
9. Provide complete security and safety control for investors.
10. Administer the testing of kiosk such as: lighting test, merchandise system, display criteria.
11. Conduct inspection on a daily basis based on the business checklist.
12. Provide a weekly report to Management for all centers in an accurate timely manner.
