• Liaise with issuing / acquiring banks for resolution of submitted Chargeback’s, copy requests, pre-arbitration and pre-compliance cases.
• Monitors incoming, outgoing Chargeback’s (1st and 2nd), retrieval request and fulfillments, pre-arbitration/arbitration and pre-compliance/compliance.
• Reconciliation of disputes unit GL’s on daily / weekly and monthly basis, report specious entries immediately. GL balances to be report on daily to unit officer.
• Supervises the process of reporting counterfeit, fraudulent transaction(s) through MasterCard’s SAFE Online, Debit Safe (NICS) and TC40 Visa.
