With Gastronomica’s expansion into the GCC, we are now requiring a talented Recruiter to join our team based in Kuwait. This is a great opportunity for you to grow and build your recruitment skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting operations team with recruitment days and overseas recruitment events;
- Candidate screening and resume review;
- Liaising with operational hiring managers to secure the right candidates;
- Sourcing candidates;
- Candidate liaison through out the entire recruitment process;
- Update and maintain recruitment tracking of on boarding candidates;
- Liaise with Government Relations and Human Resources teams;
- Prepare resourcing strategies;
