The candidate will be trained in a general management role for 100 days, after the 100 days probationary period the employment status will be confirmed, and the employee should be able to:
1- Demonstrate strong skills such as Presentation Skills, Communication & Leadership Skills, time management, data analysis, problem solving and decision making
2- Prepare reports and propose solutions for complex situations
3- Handle customers relations, and provide excellent support
4- Perform tasks related to marketing research and submit proposals for new business opportunities
5- analyse sales data and prepare related periodic reports
6- analyse compensation & benefits data and submit proposals to concerned department managers
