• Design and direct the completion of teens/kids wear collections in line with the commercial strategy for the Company.
• Manage the design team and general organization of teens and kids Department.
• Promote the link between the Creative Director and the team. Ensure the vision of the Creative Director is upheld and communicate / compromise with the Trading Director when putting these ideas into production.
• Manage all deadlines and ensure the team delivers on time and as required.
• To be able the team to think creatively in terms of producing collections while managing the commerciality in relation to the line, season and etc. Adapt and strengthen the positive problem solving strategy.
