• Planning, directing and controlling the activities linked to the promotion, marketing, sales development of Co-op feed products and suppliers;
• Supervising, monitoring and mentoring a team of sales professionals who provide customers with technical information and feeding programs;
• Exercising the necessary leadership to inspire your team to meet fixed objectives;
• Seeking to increase the profitability of our customers and member co-operatives. You will promote our stability and business leadership to our customer base and assure the positioning of our brand as well as the continuity of our consulting service;
• Achieving budgeted sales to member co-operatives and farmers in an assigned territories by analyzing market conditions and assessing opportunities for increased sales;
• Developing a feed tonnage budget and marketing plan for the territory and justifying variances from the approved tonnage budget;
• Managing the delivery of highly technical assistance on a broad range of feeds and feeding management;
• Maintaining up-to-date market share information for assigned territories;
• Providing the Division with feedback on acceptance of products, effectiveness of promotional programs and opportunities for increased sales;
• Investigating all complaints and contributing to resolving them in an effective manner to enhance good customer relations;
• Acting as a consultant with farm supply in marketing
