- Support the manager in the implementation of the Prepaid Segment Strategy and plans in order to ensure alliance with the company's business line needs and objectives.
- Support the development of marketing (Prepaid Segment) policies, and guidelines and participate in overseeing their implementation.
- Support the manager in developing the budget related to Prepaid Segment and monitor financial performance versus the budget.
- Ensure that the segment's plan is aligned with the customer experience strategies.
- Participate on pricing decision for the Prepaid Segment portfolio and recommend propositions and promotions.
- Develop programs to move prepaid customers from early life cycle to loyal customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to draw the sales and business rules of new products and services.
- Prepare training materials and conduct training presentations to the Marketing teams and concerned departmental colleagues for each new product and service to be launched in the Prepaid Segment market.
- Generate regular and special reports for the Prepaid Segment Manager that summarize and forecast business activities and financial position of the prepaid segment section and escalate critical issues.
