As part of a large regional expansion plan, we are now seeking to recruit HR
Officer.
HR Officer Responsibilities:
• In charge of all HR activities for the Group
• Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used
• Employ best talents
• Maintain a database of candidates
• Compliance with related Kuwaiti laws, including PISS laws, National Labor Support Law and MOSAL regulations
• Implement salary and benefits survey
• Perform other related duties as required
