Main Purpose:
This role is for the supervision and coordination of major service contracts. The incumbent shall be capable of working well with clients on the planned and corrective maintenance of multiple plants sites. Required to be a dynamic and self-motivated person with great communication, organizational skills, have a good knowledge of instrumented plant systems and practical experience in a maintenance environment. Comfortable working on site in hazardous areas as well as at the office. The scope includes the establishment of the service contract then the supervision of scheduled field activities, observation and report on service outcomes and assistance with performance analysis.
Key Results Areas:
- Overview onsite hands on daily operation and maintenance activities.
- Onsite Supervision. Coordinate day to day and midterm operational activities. Plan weekly and monthly maintenance activities.
- Supervise staff, prepare work plans and assign specific duties.
- Provide onsite hands on training to his/her Operations & Maintenance Team and ensure his/her team meets technical qualifications.
- Routine interaction with client operations and maintenance personnel.
- Coordination of maintenance activities with OEM suppliers.
Key outputs:
- Ensure all resources (materials, parts, tools and manpower) are allocated properly
- Develop Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and root cause analysis failure Reports
- Develop Operational and Maintenance reports as per established KPIs
- Ensure that there is continuous and adequate interaction with the clients and customers
- Set up regular daily, weekly, monthly reports and meetings to plan and meet targets
- Inform manager regarding any requirement of work orders and services referred to the area
- Stop any unsafe work. Report unsafe acts and conditions within the work
- Maintain cleanliness, order and housekeeping of all critical equipment and sites
- Ensure O&M and QHSE procedures are followed by the team
- Comply with all Alderley HR, Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, Code of Business Conduct and all the Company policies, procedures, processes, work instructions and guidelines
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.
- Meet deadlines and work within time constraints.
