• Create new restaurants menu’s, coverage areas, delivery region, working hours, contact numbers, images and logos on the company Website.
• Define the methods for order transmission viz-GPRS, WLA.
• Conduct test run to make sure all the attributes are in order, aligned after that taking restaurant live on the company website.
• Update new restaurants menus, coverage areas/ delivery region, working hours, contact numbers, images and logos.
• Upload and maintain the new promotions / offers & Banners on the company Website.
• Change restaurant status as per business needs or clients request to avoid any discrepancies
• Respond to the restaurant for their queries or information by phone or emails.
• To follow up all enquiries, prepare forms and reports, and summarize the coordination tasks implemented for any project for a new or current client.
• Provide support to sales team for data-Contact no. of restaurants, their coverage area, and busy status report.
• Ensure an efficient tracking system of all event paper-work
• Up-keep of a client and agents database - updating where necessary to allow effective Coordination Service in the future.
• Liaise with graphic designer for resizing of logos.
