Job Objective
Advise customer / Service Advisor on body & paint repair work and in accordance with Mercedes-Benz guidelines and brand to support dealership labor and parts sales. Perform the service process in a dedicated, service oriented and professional manner according to Mercedes-Benz dealer standards to achieve high customer satisfaction
Internal Relationships
- Supervisor Body & Paint.
- Service Advisor
Nature of Interaction
- Receive job orders and escalate critical cases.
- Advice on body and paint repair work
External Relationships
- Insurance Company
Nature of Interaction
- Coordinate insurance claims.
Scope of Responsibility
Estimate
- Prepare estimate according to vehicle condition, if required initialize further diagnose steps (wheel alignment, body measurement)
- Prepare estimate according to MB repair standards and flat rate time (ASRA/AUDATEX)
- Prepare additional estimate and follow up on workshop request
Insurance
- Handle insurance surveyor while visiting
- Follow up and forward insurance approvals

- Avoid conflicts of interest between your daily work and personal affairs and maintain a culture in which ethical conduct is recognized, respected and promoted
- Respect and comply with the local law and Daimler rules, regulations, voluntary commitments and internal policies
