- Assign to monitor on newly hired staff once hired
- Help the director/HR to Conduct interviews to hire qualified staff
- Responsible in making sure that the day-to- day operation of the Restaurants run smoothly an up to standard
- Conduct daily briefings, Food and Beverage Meetings with the restaurant Manager
- Check if Manager is keeping an up-dated Restaurant Policies and Procedures file
- Maintain knowledge of trends, systems, practices and equipment in food and beverage
- Work with Manager and Human Resource Manager to ensure the departmental performance of staff is productive
