• Serve the patrons with the available food & beverages of the cafe on time.
• Collect payments from customers.
• Write patrons' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.
• Prepare checks that itemize and total order costs.
• Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.
• Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
• Inform customers of daily specials
• To report on duty in the correct time in clean well laundered uniform provided by the company.
• Keep the Restaurant clean and tidy always.
• Check the table-chair arrangement.
• To make sure all the sauce bottle lids are spotless.
• Be polite and friendly to our customers at all times, serve them with a smile.
• Provide assistance to children, elderly and the handicapped.
• Have a fair knowledge of the menu and preparation.
• To attend all department meetings and trainings whenever scheduled.
• Make sure all the lost & found items must be handed over to security immediately.
