• Arrange vehicle display in the showroom as per the Showroom Manager’s advice and ensure displayed vehicles in the showroom are neat as per set standards.
• Collect documents, cheques and packages to be delivered outside the work premises and prepare list and routing for documents to deliver.
• Submit traffic documents to MOI office in the Al-Rai showroom for registration of vehicles.
• Submit vehicle registration documentation to MOI and obtain number plate.
• Travel using company vehicle to deliver documents and packages and keep log of delivered and collected items.
• Obtain receipts or acknowledgements for the items/documents delivered.
• Arrange to drop home the trade in customers.
• Ensure periodic maintenance of company vehicles including the vehicles displayed in the showroom and the test drive vehicles.
