- Study and get familiar with on-going Contract, scope, terms & conditions etc.
- Monitor compliance to contractual terms and prepare variation requests.
- Provide administrative support for all contract management activities such as claims, variations, close-outs and extensions.
- Responsible for handling official contractual correspondence, dealing with variation requests, contract logs and assisting the contracts person in charge.
- Monitor and administer the contract to ensure compliance with contractual terms and to capture variations to the scope of work
- Monitor & ensure timely submission of contract notifications & variation requests to client
- Ensure timely preparation of claims/counter-claims and finalization of same.
- Maintain and update variation requests register and contract administration logs
- Attend meetings with Client/Vendors/Subcontractors, as required
- Report weekly on status of all contractual matters
- Attend and participate in weekly project coordination meetings
- Assist in maintaining contract related paperwork and automated filing system for easy retrieval and to satisfy Audit requirements
