*Process of all cash/ non-cash transactions - receipts/ payments on the existing systems:
*Re-issue ATM/ prepaid cards.
*Process the clearing cheques for customers.
*Prompt action to all customer requests/ instructions.
*Transactions up to prescribe level as per policy to be handled independently.
*Take up the vacant position in the event of any staff that goes on leave.
*Open to assignments given by Branch Management or Virtual Banking Management at anytime of need.
*Serve customers virtually (over the phone) or face to face.
*Working hours matching branches working hours including Airport Branch.
*Provide support for any opportunity to sell bank products.
