Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the Marketing Department & manage all Marketing Levels inclusive managing employees properly.
- Maintain and strengthen the brand positioning (market share, preference, business results) for future food concepts.
- Develop and evaluate marketing strategies based on knowledge of company objective & market trend (e.g. study economic indicators…etc.).
- Constantly evaluate customers’ feedback, market conditions, trends and competitor data to ensure the company marketing strategy is always optimized.
- Translate the marketing strategy into a full activity plan, liaise with other departments and external parties & develop a comprehensive marketing plan with timelines and milestones.
- Develop short & long term Road-Map plan (Strategic) to be executed on a yearly basis with a quarterly review.
- Manage PR and Corporate Social Responsibility activities in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Study ratings and programming features of competitors to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies plus coordinate all market researches’ activities and competitor analysis.
- Develop company communication and plans for PR events across the group ensuring consistency of branding, significance and correct contents for all type of communications.
- Screen, select and supervise all related third parties, ensuring that all agencies work as strategic business partners for the execution of the marketing plan in line with the Company defined strategy.
- Carry out marketing agency tenders, evaluation of marketing pitches of different agencies when necessary.
- Manage Advertising Agency Programs consisting of print and media pieces.
- Formulate contingency plans and alternative solutions for all projects.
- Evaluated Return-on-Investment (ROI) and profit-loss projections.
- Work on Menu Development, by researching consumers’ needs and introducing product(s) to cater them.
- Monthly planning and developing of concept/idea for each monthly promotion/ sales activity.
- Develop and implement high profile consumers’ events in coordination with third parties.
- Develop “Brand Communications’ Strategies” selecting mediums with budgets to achieve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Develop ATL Above-The-Line, Digital, BTL Below-The-Line and event campaigns for Local & Global markets.
- Leverage business research and business indicators to help develop business and marketing plans.
- Managing all digital, mobile, online and social media marketing activities.
- Oversee implementation of proper pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness.
- Plan and negotiate media buys, OOH, Radio, Print & Digital.
- Perform complete redesign and lunch of company website.
- Think Globally to expand and enhance Co Image, Reputation and Business Strategic Plans.
