PURPOSE OF JOB To perform comprehensive financial analysis to assist and support in performing company and projects financial analysis.
1. To prepare financial reports for senior management review and perform company and projects financial analysis.
2. To follow the progress of investments in order to make recommendations for the determination of optimum investment strategies.
3. To conduct comprehensive analyses of potential projects/ joint ventures and quantify risk/return relationships thereto
4. To analyze organization’s debt load and make recommendations for structuring and refinancing alternatives with banks and lending institutions
5. To develop quantitative reports for presentation to senior management.
6. To benchmark Company financial performance data and make recommendations
7. To conduct commercial analysis of activities in local/area markets and gather and analyze business information from competitors
8. To analyze financial information to forecast business, industry and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions
