As a VAT Associate you will play a key role in:
• Assisting in the interpretation and implementation of the VAT act, planning and restructuring
• Assisting the seniors in reviewing the client’s matters of a compliance type nature, checking schedules and issuing VAT Returns
• Having a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture
Requirements:
• Excellent research skills and strong written and verbal communications skills required.
• At least 3-4 years’ VAT related work experience post qualifications
• Strong experience in VAT Advisory
• Attention to detail
• Demonstrate a professional work ethic and integrity
• Strong planning, organizational and inter-personal skills
• Ability to tolerate pressure
• An excellent communicator, organised, structured and result orientated approach to work
• Team player
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments and work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
