- Lead the Sales and Supply Support team and work with the country Retail Supply Integration team to secure highest possible goods availability in partnership with the commercial team considering country positioning campaigns, commercial calendar and local store activities.
- Synchronize with commercial needs and activities for the best possible goods availability at lowest possible total cost.
- Secure an efficient and precise range management process for the store.
- Work actively with the commercial team with the range change process, led by the commercial team, by providing information regarding sales space parameters, expected sales starts, quantity and remaining outgoing quantities.
- Maximize a successful replenishment by driving the actions of forecasting and ordering in line with the commercial calendar.
- Work actively together with the Goods Flow Manager in analyzing stock discrepancies as part of the inventory management process.
- Support the Logistics Manager and Business Navigation Manager with the analysis of stock discrepancies as part of the inventory management process.
- Contribute to the Store Business Plan and Logistics Action Plan and ensure implementation of agreed logistics actions in the store business plan within the Sales and Supply Support team.
- Set goals based on agreed KPIs and monitor the Sales and Supply Support team’s performance against agreed goals, adapting and taking action accordingly.
- Ensure that the Sales and Supply Support team works in compliance with the IKEA Code of Conduct, IKEA internal regulations and local legislation relating to Health, Safety and Security and environment.
- Identify, recruit and develop the talents within the Sales and Supply Support team to secure succession planning.3
- Live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and living IKEA culture that inspires extraordinary achievements in the store and specifically in the Sales and Supply Support team.
